equalizent was founded in 2004. We have 4 main areas of focus:
- People who are deaf
- People who are hard of hearing
- Sign Language

Diversity management means to bring together and to support different people and lifestyles within a business. This means to learn about and to respect people from different racial, cultural, societal, geographic, economic and political backgrounds.

Through our training, we support people who are deaf and hard of hearing, as well as people with other disabilities, to find work.
Hearing people can learn Austrian Sign Language, too.
