equalizent has already started its projects in 2001. Since March 2004, we are an independent company.

To this day, we continuously extend our courses offered in respect to the following main areas:
o Deafness
o Hardness of Hearing
o Austrian Sign Language
o Diversity Management

We offer a broad range of customized seminars and courses for companies, organisations, groups and individuals: From team development and vocational orientation (courses taught in Austrian Sign Language) to concrete trainings within seminars and courses.
Next to consulting and teaching, we also cooperate with national and international research- and development projects.

Our bilingual (Austrian Sign Language and spoken German) team consists of Deaf, Hard of Hearing and hearing staff members; different people bring in their talents and skills. Diversity is our strength. This strength, at the same time, is your chance!
