Projects

equalizent is a company that carries out most of its services on a project basis. Project management requires specific knowledge in terms of planning, organising, carrying out, and revising projects (see glossary: project management).
At equalizent, we use special software (MS-Project) to be able to carry out our work successfully.
In addition to our trainings, we take part in (trans-) national projects – we cooperate with companies and institutions that have similar aims. Our understanding of networking does not only take place within national borders, but our view focuses goal-oriented on Europe and similar international institutions.
Many projects support our professional competences or supplement our (building up) work. In all areas of our company (see glossary: Deafness, Hardness of Hearing, Sign Language, Diversity Management) our clear ambition is to include relevant surroundings and to exchange know-how.
